Total tranquility bordering a lane on the edge of a peaceful little rural & wine-growing hamlet perched in a "panoramic belvedere", on a hillside on a southern slope, not far from the picturesque village of Pruzilly overlooking the Val de Saône and Bresse as a "lookout" (on a pass) facing the Alps & Vercors massifs (you can see Mont-Blanc on a clear day!). Sublime wine-growing setting all around, overlooking a vast plateau of vineyards under the wooded ridges of a beautiful wild forest (ZNIEFF protected site for its rich fauna & flora).
