The Burgundy gallery, where you can enjoy your breakfast, opens onto a vast, bright and contemporary open-plan space comprising a fully-equipped kitchen, a relaxation area/study and a lounge (with sofa bed for 1 person). There are 2 bedrooms with king-size beds, the larger master bedroom with numerous clothes rails and the teenager's or friends' bedroom with a clothes rail, a small study, a large shower room with a contemporary double washbasin, a walk-in shower & utility room, separate wc.

In the enclosed garden, a "broc" style summer kitchen with antique furniture and objects, fridge and crockery. An electric barbecue area next door and a water point under the porch. Garden furniture with large parasol & lounge, aperitif lounge also on the gallery.
