Renovated former farmhouse, ideal for a getaway for two or the whole family. A carefully converted little cocoon, surrounded by nature and animals.
In the heart of a wooded park, you'll find our little gîte, an old farmhouse typical of the Brionnais region, just a few metres from our house, an old barn currently being renovated.
On the ground floor, the living room invites you to relax with a 140x190cm sofa bed (ideal for sleeping two people in addition to the bedroom), a dining room and a separate toilet.
The fully-equipped kitchen lets you cook just like at home: hob, oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, utensils... it's all there!
Upstairs, you'll find a bright bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) (bed linen and towels provided) and an en suite shower room with large shower and WC.
A covered terrace adjoining the gîte is dedicated to you.
It has all the equipment you need for an outdoor holiday: garden furniture, table, chairs and barbecue.
A large swimming pool, nestling in a green setting and out of sight, is at your disposal.
All set in landscaped grounds of over 1.5 hectares.
The gîte and its surroundings have been designed to ensure that you have a pleasant stay, whether you come to relax, discover the region or simply enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside.
