The rooms at Manoir de la Distylerie are spread over 4 buildings: the 1886 manor house, the industrial-style former distillery, the stables and the warehouse converted into gîtes. The rooms are themed and pay tribute to Burgundy personalities, the Saône River which flows past the property, and the history of the area. They were all renovated in 2024.
