Perched "on a balcony" on the edge of the forests, on an exposed plateau overlooking a bucolic bocage valley, in the hollow of a remarkable protected site & classified as a "Natura 2000 Zone" (for its rich ecosystem), not far from Haut Folin, the highest point in Burgundy (901m), the village has a preserved rural & natural setting of gently rolling mountains, totally soothing, offering sublime panoramas & landscapes (to explore during walks, bike or mountain bike / direct access from the cottage). Ground floor: living room-kitchen-lounge (double sofa bed 140x190cm as an extra), laundry room, separate toilet. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (double bed 140x190cm / 2 single beds 90x190cm / double bed 140x190cm) with private bathroom (shower/WC). Terrace + gravel courtyard (pétanque ground) + private uncovered parking (3 spaces). Small shops on site. Amenities including supermarket 12 km away. Charging of electric vehicles not permitted without the owner's agreement.
