L'ECRIN DES VIGNES is situated 15 minutes from the TGV station and 10 minutes from the A6 motorway, in the heart of the charming village of Montagny-Lès-Buxy, renowned for its white appellation wines, on the Côte Chalonnaise in Southern Burgundy.
L'ECRIN DES VIGNES is an old winegrower's house which has been entirely renovated. The house is approximately 115m2 and is decorated in a fusion of contemporary and traditional styles.
Access is via a stone staircase leading to a large wooden terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, from where you can enjoy an exceptional view of the vineyards and the surrounding area.
The house is on two levels. On the ground floor you enter a large living/dining room open to a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher, etc...). Also on the ground floor are a double bedroom decorated in a traditional style and the bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms one of which has three single beds that can be made up as double or single as required. In between the bedrooms is a large relaxation area with a table, sofa, giant bean bags, board games and books.
Outside, a large, private, gravelled courtyard is available for car parking.
Pets are allowed under certain conditions.
