The gîte sleeps up to 5 people and is nestled in the heart of the Brionnais countryside. It is self-contained, with separate parking and access from the owners' house.
It has a fully-equipped kitchen-dining room (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, moka), fireplace area with cast-iron wood-burning stove, armchairs and small library. Board games. Living room that converts into a bedroom with double sofa bed and bay window opening onto the terrace. Shower room with toilet, walk-in shower and washing machine.
Upstairs: bedroom with double bed (140×200) and 2 single beds.
