Géraldine & Pierre welcome you to an authentic traditional character house built in 1910, fully restored with great care, nestled on the edge of a lane in the heart of a peaceful & picturesque little typical Burgundian village, a change of scenery "postcard" village full of charm & perfectly preserved, nestled in the gentle rolling countryside of Haut-Clunysois (on a site protected in "Natura 2000" & ZNIEFF for its floral & faunal riches), a stone's throw from the exceptional Pézanin arboretum, one of the most beautiful in France (literally a haven of peace & rest including 450 plant species on 25 ha, around a bucolic fishing pond) as well as the ultra-renowned "Lab71" (departmental discovery center on innovation, sustainable development & science). Peace and quiet in a sublime landscaped setting of unspoiled gentle mountains, combining agriculture and nature between verdant hedged meadows dotted with bucolic ponds and rivers and deep wild forests (to be explored during relaxing walks or mountain bike rides) rich in splendid panoramic viewpoints.
