The Grand Gîte du Bas de Chêne is located in the commune of Saint-Sernin-du-Bois in South Burgundy, on an 18-hectare estate with 6 hectares of animal park, an 18th century freestone building restored and enlarged in the 20th century and recently became a gîte accommodating up to 28 people, 3 dining rooms, 3 kitchens, 8 bedrooms .

The landscape and the atmosphere are typically those of an isolated clearing in a forest of the Morvan while the town centre of Le Creusot is only 3 km to the south and the Burgundy vineyards only 10 km to the east.

The large gîte du Bas de Chêne has 3 kitchens, 3 dining rooms: one for 20 people, one for 10 people, one for 8 people, 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, billiards, 6 TVs, laundry. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, 5 bedrooms on the first floor (including suite), 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor, carefully decorated, sheets provided. Parental suite of 55 m² with whirlpool bath and massage shower.
