Authentic Mâconnaise farmhouse full of character with a beautiful private 11x5m swimming pool (gently sloping with a safety step all around) open from May to October, replaced by the 6-seater heated spa in a veranda when the pool is closed (possibility the rest of the year to add the optional spa in addition to the pool) & a pleasant private garden of 400m² - located in a charming little rural village overlooking the valley of Cluny and Lyonnais.
On the ground floor (accessed via a stone staircase) is a lounge area with sofa (additional double bed available) and massage chair, which opens onto the fully-equipped kitchen (with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, food processor, wine cellar, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, induction hob, etc.) and dining area. There is also a ground-floor bedroom (accessed by 4 steps) with a 160x200 bed and a shower room with Italian shower, washbasin and toilet.
Upstairs (access by stairs) are two further bedrooms with 160x200 beds and a shower room with Italian shower, washbasin and toilet.
Outside you'll find sheltered garden furniture, a garden and sun loungers around the pool for relaxing.
We are equipped with fibre optics with a very good speed for teleworking.
