The gîte is situated in a green setting near a hamlet, in the heart of the Burgundy and Charolais countryside, while being very accessible by the main road (RCEA). The gîte has been completely refurbished (kitchen, separate toilet, bedroom, bathroom and living room in the attic (Wifi + Netfflix) with a small garden and a terrace to enjoy the view. From the gîte, hiking trails run through the bocage country (meadows, forests, ponds, streams). The village of Dompierre, 2km5 away, offers all the local shops (grocery shop, pharmacy, post office, tobacconist, restaurants and bars...) without forgetting the arborétum and the Lab 71 which is a site of discovery of science and sustainable development in the village.
