Very well equipped gite in a quiet village ideal for 5 people with parking and private garden in the south of Burgundy.
Furnished accommodation for 7 people. Two bedrooms, one on the ground floor and one upstairs. The ground floor bedroom has two single beds, the upstairs bedroom has a king-size bed and a single bed, and there is a toilet upstairs. L
he living room has a sofa bed, wifi system included, a terrace and a parking space for one car are located at the front of the house. The kitchen is very well equipped with a heat pump system for heating and hot water, in addition to this beautiful offer you will have a private garden with a superb view over the valley of the Guye.
The village is located 5 minutes from Saint Gengoux-le-National (medieval village) where there is a market every Tuesday morning, (supermarkets available) 15 minutes from the chateau de Cormatin, 20 minutes from Cluny.
We also own the Beaumartin village restaurant. A number of beautiful walks can be consulted on mobile applications, and we are close to the "voie verte" (greenway) for good cycling. We offer bike hire (to be booked in advance), not forgetting visits to the wine cellars, a real treasure in the area as we are right in the middle of the vineyards.
