Jeannette has opened the doors of this fully refurbished former farmhouse - part of her bed and breakfast property - situated in a quiet hamlet 4 km from the market town of La Grande-Verrière.
Fishing enthusiasts can enjoy the river Le Méchet just 1 km away.
Take a stroll through the village, known as one of the oldest in the Morvan. Stop for a moment in front of the old manor house and then the Romanesque church with its 13th-century tomb carved in half-relief (in the cemetery). Don't miss the "Grand site de France": Bibracte, the ancient Gallic oppidum of the famous Eduens people: you can take a walk in the surrounding forest while admiring the remains uncovered during the regular excavations on the site; also contemplate the magnificent panorama of the rolling Morvan landscape!
