This charming Morvan granite gîte has retained its original architecture, with a bread oven offering high ceilings in a bright, spacious living room with exposed stonework.
Ideally situated on the heights of the village of Saint-Sernin-du-Bois, a town of character bordering its lake, between the Morvan mountains and the prestigious vineyards of Burgundy, you will enjoy a privileged setting in the heart of the green Morvan countryside and also close to the historic towns of Autun, Le Creusot, Chalon-sur-Saône and Beaune.
The gîte has a large, pleasant living room, a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, etc.), a first bedroom with double bed, shower room and WC and a second bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 single beds and shower room and WC.
Fully enclosed rear garden with garden furniture, electric barbecue and bicycle shed.
Parking for 2 to 3 cars in front of the gîte.
