Gîte located in a small village 6 kms from Louhans: a town renowned for its 157 arcades and its famous Monday morning market where you can sample local flavours such as calf's head, Bresse chicken, Corniottes ... and discover the poultry and other animals market, the food market...
We are also located 45 kms from Chalon sur Saône, 40 kms from Bourg en Bresse and 25 kms from Lons le Saunier at the foot of the Jura where you can discover various lakes in summer (Lac de Chalain, Lac de Vouglans), the Cascades du Hérisson, numerous cheese dairies, and various ski resorts in winter: Les Rousses...
And for motor sports fans, the Bresse Circuit is just 5 km away.
There is also a go-karting track adjacent to the circuit.
Possibility of parking one or more car carriers in the courtyard of the gîte.
Swimming is possible at the Louvarel lake 15 km away and at the Louhans swimming pool.
There is also a swimming pool with outdoor pools in Cuiseaux (15 kms) and a swimming pool in Saint Germain du bois (24 kms) with indoor and outdoor pools.
Laundromats, cinemas, sports halls, indoor swimming pool with 2 pools and a paddling pool, supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, bars, restaurants, fast food outlets (McDonald's, kebab, pizza, tacos, etc.), medical centres, doctors, chemists, vets, hairdressers, beauty salons, tourist office (where you can find out about activities in our region), etc. are all within 8 km of our gîte in the town of Louhans.
This gîte is attached to our house but is completely independent.
It has a surface area of approximately 52 m² and comprises :
A living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a smart TV, a DVD player, a loudspeaker and a 4G box to access the internet and watch films on Netflix or other streaming platforms using your own codes,
A 17 m² bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and a bunk bed made up of 2 90 x 190 cm beds.
This room includes a dressing area and a corner with a WC and washbasin.
A bathroom with shower, WC and heated towel rail.
A 14 m² living room with a table and 6 chairs,
A fully-equipped kitchen with mini-oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, Senseo pod coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, etc.
Also available: iron with 1 mini ironing board, hoover, fans, hairdryer.
Outside facilities :
a partly covered terrace with 1 garden table, 6 chairs, barbecue and a relaxation area with small garden furniture. The awning can be rolled down to provide shade for dining.

Clean and affectionate pets are accepted up to a maximum of 2.
A cleaning fee of €20 will be charged for stays of more than 2 days.
Bedding :
Blankets, pillows and sheets are provided and already in place on your arrival.
Towels, dishcloths and hand towels are also provided.

If booked for a full week, one night is free.
A deposit of €250 will be required on arrival and returned on departure.
