Just a stone's throw from the magnificent rolling countryside (protected as a Natura 2000 and ZNIEFF site for its rich flora and fauna), this sublime, unspoiled landscape combines bucolic hedgerows and deep, wild forests, nestled in a verdant valley against the wooded foothills of a vast, untamed forest massif. Near the first vineyards, at the foot of the "Signal de la Mère Boitier," the highest point in the Mâconnais region at 702m (a unique viewpoint offering a 360° panoramic view extending to Mont Blanc on a clear day).
