Leave the parking lot on rue Gaston Joliet, then walk along rue de la Maladière to arrive in front of the Roman Theatre.

Turn right and walk down to the edge of the lake. Walk around the lake and take the path to rue du parc des Drémeaux.

Cross the ferns to reach the footbridge path.

Follow the voie verte, route de Saulieu, and admire the Porte d'Arroux.

Turn right and follow the ramparts and the Arroux river.

Take Boulevard de l'Industrie and Rue des Eduens up to the town center. Then take Boulevard des Résistants fusillés and walk along the ramparts. Continue up Boulevard Mac Mahon and admire the Ursulines tower. Take the Faubourg Saint-Blaise via Rue Victor Terret to Couhard via Route D120.

Go down Rue du Faubourg Saint-Pancrace and return to your starting point.
