Randonnée du Château

- The small Romanesque church of CHÂTEL-MORON welcomes you at the start of this walk.

- Follow the road to the north. At the intersection, turn right and then left when you reach the hamlet of La Pierre au Blanc.

- Follow the path on the edge of a small wood and find the road linking CHÂTEL-MORON to MOREY.

- Follow it to the right and leave it 1500 m further on, at a crossroads, by taking the path on the left.

- Turn left when you reach Baugey, cross the hamlet of MOREY.

- You are halfway there. Follow the direction of Tâches du Bas by going down the path on the left. Cross the brook of Verrière, climb the path in front of you, fork 500 m further on the left.

- Pass near a pond, climb the path and the small road, turn right at the top on the D299.

- Immediately take the D48 on the left which leads to l'Abergement, hamlet of CHÂTEL-MORON.

- At the intersection, go down the road to the right and follow the path to the left.

- Turn left along the front of a house and find the D48.

- Cross this road, take the path that rises in the middle of a rural setting. Pass in front of the town hall then climb to find the Saint-Martin church.
