Les Chemins de Cluny Bresse Bourguignonne - Mâconnais Clunisois
This new pedestrian itinerary links the Cluniac sites in Switzerland to those in Burgundy - Franche-Comté, passing through the two founding abbeys of Cluny, Gigny and Baume-les-Messieurs. By joining Cluny, it also makes it possible to connect two axes of the paths of Compostelle and proposes a variant for the hikers coming from the North and wishing to go to Puy-en-Velay. It is registered as a "Great Cultural Itinerary" and connects twenty-six Cluniac sites between Switzerland and France. And in order to complete this new offer, walking loops have also been created around each site. For the Burgundy Bresse, this itinerary will pass through Cuiseaux and Cuisery and then continue towards Tournus. The signposting will take up the logo of the "Chemins de Cluny".
