The Semence, a river that rises at the edge of the village, runs through these green valleys, where many famous Charolais cattle graze in peace. An ideal place to recharge your batteries in complete serenity, come and follow the many paths that criss-cross the meadows and undergrowth and lead you from one pond to another, passing by several calvaries. The birthplace of Saint Marguerite Marie Alacoque : the Blessed's room, dating from the 17th century and presenting period paintings on the ceiling, has been converted into a chapel which can be visited freely. Château du Terreau : built in the 13th century and renovated in the 18th century, it has undergone many changes, but has retained some elements of its original architecture, which was that of a fortress. Ruins of the Priory : only the choir and the nave of this old priory, dating from the 17th century, located in Drompvent, remain.
