Le chemin de la Grisière

From the town of Sancé, where you can admire four beautiful wash houses and the 12th-century Romanesque church of Saint-Paul, this nature trail winds its way through the countryside around Hurigny, alternating between woods, meadows and vineyards. Legend has it that a soldier got lost in the Bois de La Grisière during the Franco-Prussian war in 1870, near the fountain and washhouse, renamed the Lavoir du Soldat Perdu.
