La Foulée des Rasses
At the start of the circuit, in the heart of the village, you can admire the church, as if set on a rocky pedestal
on a rock pedestal. Then, as you make your way through the village, a succession of
of beautiful old houses. You soon leave
rue des Verchères towards the "route du champ du pin"
pin". The path winds down through the fields to the main road.
A bridge allows you to cross the RCEA (Route Centre Europe Atlantique) to get to the "champ du pin"
the hamlet of "Des Rasses". A curiosity, because this
circuit is made up of two loops which meet in this hamlet
because "Rasses du bas" is almost at the same altitude as "Les Rasses du haut"!
Rasses du haut"! The trail makes a loop between these two hamlets
the highest point, at 357 metres, at a place called "En Chassette", offers a lovely view of the
the Noue valley and the village perched on its promontory.
