La Croix de Santagny

- Pass in front of the fountain of the lepers then in front of the old hospital leprosy (old commandery), a footbridge will help you to cross the river Guye.

- In the village, take the direction of the hamlet of Fontabon.

- In front of you rises the granite massif of the Chaleutre wood, you will see in the distance on your left the Mont-Saint-Vincent.

- At the field of the cross, go up on the right to reach, at 372 meters, the highest point of the village, before going down again in the direction of the village (admire the magnificent view on the valley of the Guye) where you will arrive at the cross of Santagny.

- Continue to the wine cellar where you can discover the wines of the Côte Chalonnaise.

- Then, cross the hamlet of Corsenier where you will be able to admire on your left its magnificent mill and its paddle wheel entirely restored.

- Back to the village by the path overhanging the river Guye, join your starting point.

- Before leaving, do not miss the visit of the Romanesque church of the XIth century located at a few steps from there.
