En montant à Dône

Leave the village square and turn right at the crossroads; opposite the entrance gate of the castle,

turn left onto the main road in the direction of Saint-Didier. Turn left on the path after the pond and then right shortly after. Continue until you reach a crossroads and turn left. Drive along a pond and reach the road to Souve.

Turn right once and then right again at the crossroads with a large corner house (direction Les Jouleaux, possible variant). Just before the house with the turret, turn right and then right again a little further on.

At the fork in the road take the left-hand branch, go along a grove and turn right. At the "Moulin Jouleau" turn left at the ornamental pond. Continue straight ahead passing behind the Develay farm and exit on the road to Saint Didier at the Bois Clair. Follow the asphalt road to the departmental road, turn left and follow it to the first right-hand fork.

Go in the direction of Bois Droits-les Menauts and just before the last farm turn left. At the bottom

at the bottom of this path, turn right again, pass the farm buildings and go up the small asphalt road (castle park on the left). At the entrance gate, go straight ahead and return to the village square.

Variant :

You can continue to Patigny and the Mont Dône (3 km). In Patigny, turn left. At the third crossroads turn right and continue on the main road to Mont Dône.
