Destination Natura 2000

The village of Pouilloux, located in the south of the Montcellian basin on the banks of the Canal du Centre, invites you to take a leisurely stroll.

You'll cross paths and woods, and walk along the old demarcation line with its explanatory board.

You'll discover the Natura 2000 site and its beautiful Pierre Poulain pond, where you might even catch a glimpse of European cistudes (a small turtle - a protected species).
