Circuit des Lavoirs

Departure : Town hall parking lot

Leave the parking lot and follow the direction of the totem pole and take the asphalt road on the left. After 700 m, at the first crossroads, you will find the Charas fountain. Continue straight on for 100m then turn left onto the road to the crossroads of Corcelles and continue straight on until you reach the road, passing in front of the wash house of Corcelles.

Cross the road and continue on the path following the markings for 1.1 km before reaching the road to Mesvres. At the crossroads turn right and walk a few meters on the road before turning left onto a small asphalt road, below is a crossroads (Les Hauts de Trêt), the rest of the hike is on the left*

To go to visit the washhouse "les hauts de Trêt" follow the markings of this last one on 300 m on the right.

*At the crossroads "les Hauts de Trêts" go left in the direction of Corcelles, continue straight on 900 m between tar and path, on the left you will see the wash house "Les Levées"

At the end of the path, turn right and continue for 100 m on the path used in the past, then at the crossroads continue to the left towards Montagny for 500 m, just before reaching the road to Mesvres turn right onto the path that goes down.

At the bottom of the path turn right and at the crossroads turn left. The wash house of Montagny is located at the end of the path on the right less than 100m after the crossroads.

The walk continues on the tarmac (400 m) before turning left at the crossroads towards the hamlet of La Longine. Walk about 300 m and turn right on a path, continue for 1.7 km following the markings, pass in front of the wash house of La Longine and cross the wood of Foin.

At the end of the wood, take the tarmac for 100m on the right and take the path on the right in the forest, continue following the signs for 1.2 km before reaching the place called Les Fourneaux. At the crossroads, turn left and continue on the asphalt for about 200m before turning right onto a path towards the Moulin Charas.

At the mill, which is on your right after the ford, continue on the asphalt until you reach the Charras crossroads and turn left to get back to the starting parking lot.
