Circuit d'Azu

The village of Saint-Romain-sous-Gourdon has remained faithful to its agricultural vocation, and is characterized by its rolling, green landscape. Its entirely Romanesque church, probably built in several phases between the 11th and late 12th centuries, is the successor to a very ancient place of worship, since Merovingian sarcophagi have been found on the site.

Not to be missed: capitals depicting work and the Nativity, sculpted modillions.
