Balade Morogeoise

- The starting point offers a beautiful view of CHALON and the plain of the Saône. The hamlets of MOROGES crossed during this walk are located on both sides of the "express road".

- Go down the road to the right of the cemetery and turn left at the entrance to Vingelles.

- Follow the path on the left, find the communal road, pass under the RN80.

- Take the narrow street of Cercot and turn left.

- In 45 minutes, a botanical path leads to the top of Mont Avril (see the Cercot wash house). At 421 m of altitude, orientation table and 360° view.

- Follow the road to the left at the exit of the hamlet.

- Climb the path on the right after the sign indicating the Mortières washhouse.

- Take the asphalt road on the left, cross the D170, follow the path on the right which rises and crosses cultivated land.

- The path is bordered by hedges and pastures, turn left and then take the direction of SAINTE-HÉLÈNE at the crossroads of "La Croix cassée".

- Turn left twice at the hamlet of Chambroye and follow the path down to the Ferme du Champ Liart.

- Take the road on the left that leads to SAINTE-HELENE and passes near the source of the Guye.

- Cross the square and turn left towards Le Pertuisot.

- Follow the road straight ahead, then the path, passing again under the RN 80. The hedge-lined path leads to the western entrance of MOROGES. Take the D69 on the left, pass on the right of the place de Fissey, cross the village and find the church and the starting point of this circuit.
