Balade de Pontus
- At the beginning, you will discover the castle where Pontus de Tyard was born in 1521. He was bishop of CHALON-SUR-SAONE, astronomer and one of the seven poets of the Pleiades.
- Cross the village, direction South, to take, by the left, the D28.
- Turn right at the cemetery and take the road to the bridge over the old railway line SAINT-GENGOUX-LE-NATIONAL / MONTCHANIN near the hamlet of Champagne.
- Take the path that goes down on your right - wink to the left where the church of SAINT-MARTIN-DU-TARTRE stands proudly at 430 m altitude.
- Pass in front of the old gatekeeper's house, and take the path on the left that leads to Maizeray where a small stream and beautiful houses welcome you.
- Cross this hamlet and turn right, near a cross, in the direction of GERMAGNY.
- When you reach the D80, turn right and then left 200 m further on a path through the crops.
- In GERMAGNY, take the main road, then turn right towards the school, pass the village hall and go up towards La Chaume.
- The view opens up on the left : Guye valley, Bois Rougeon, SAVIANGES village.
- At the end of the climb, turn right. A path lined with boxwood, dry stone walls and walnut trees leads to the starting point.
- Do not leave BISSY-SUR-FLEY without strolling through this small village and discovering the Burgundian houses grouped around the Romanesque church.
