Departure from the town square, place de la mairie, route d'Amanzé. When you leave the parking lot, turn left twice in the direction of the Fosse Purcher. You follow the road to the Champagne housing estate. Continue on the dirt road straight ahead. When you arrive at the cross of the Dead Man on the border with the commune of Saint Germain en Brionnais, turn left, you will cross the woods. At the edge of the path you can see old beeches where names are engraved. This path is called "chemin des amoureux". At the crossroads you cross the road to Amanzé and arrive in the hamlet of Saint-Georges. Go towards Giverdier with its Brionnais houses. Take the dirt road behind the house, direction La Pouge. Be careful to cross the RD985. Then direction Les Rondets, on the border with the commune of Curbigny. A dirt road leads you to the castle of Drée. You go along its park and admire its beautiful facade. The castle dates from the 17th and 18th centuries. Continue your road towards Saint-Symphorien-des-Bois, at the entrance of the wood turn left. A path in the undergrowth leads you to the pond of Baubigny and its hamlet with beautiful stone houses. Continue straight on towards Les Essarts and then Saint-Prix where you should visit the Romanesque chapel. Come back to take the path on the left before the chapel, then the hamlet En Soleil. When you arrive at the highest point of the path, make a small detour on your right to meditate in front of Notre Dame des Bois. Go back on your steps and follow the dirt road towards Les Loges. Go straight up to the hamlet of Soleil passing by the soccer field and arrive at the Vieux Bourg with its old chapel. Go up and turn left towards the village, with its church and its hall.
