Autour de Brandon

Saint-Pierre-de-Varennes, a commune north-east of Le Creusot, covers more than 2,300 hectares and is home to numerous small hamlets. The Château de Brandon, on the hill, and its pond are to be discovered on this loop, where you'll pass through soothing places endowed with pretty seasonal colors. The lucky ones will have the chance to meet the grey heron on the banks of the pond. Not to be missed: the pretty hamlet of Les Charbottins, at the end of the pond.
