Le Moulin de Saint-Vérand is housed in an old mill, a completely renovated stone building. The restaurant has a rustic dining room with a fireplace, a fully-glazed gallery that is used in both winter and summer, allowing guests to dine while enjoying the green setting of the park and swimming pool, a summer terrace next to the river, and a rest room that is also used for seminars or family meals.
