Le Monsard rises to 406 metres. The panorama from the viewing platform offers magnificent views of Milly-Lamartine, Pierreclos, the Solutré and Vergisson rocks, Milly-Lamartine and Berzé-la-Ville. It is possible to follow a small signposted path "grotte de Jocelyn" (Jocelyn's cave) located on a steep hillside.
