Born in 1955 in Lyon, Marie-Laure Guerrier now lives in Southern Burgundy, France, between Cluny and Chalon-Sur-Saône. After studying art history, she discovered ceramics in 1980. Gradually, Marie-Laure Guerrier turned to porcelain for its tactile qualities and its ability to be exposed to light. A certain number of her pieces can be found in museums (Musée de Sèvres, Grand Pressigny de Tours, Musée des beaux arts de Brest, Musée Cargaleiro de Lisbonne...)
